Personal care, companionship, meal preparation, mobility support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and flexible schedules from hourly to 24-hour and live-in.

How quickly can we start care?

Most families schedule an in-home assessment within 24 to 48 hours, then begin services shortly after.

Do you offer 24-hour or live-in care?

Yes. We provide 24-hour care with rotating caregivers and live-in options where appropriate.

How are caregivers screened and matched?

We complete background checks, reference checks, and skills reviews, then match based on needs, schedule, preferences, and location.

What are the payment options, and does Medicare cover this?

Private pay, long-term care insurance, and some veteran benefits are common. Medicare does not cover non-medical custodial care. Medicare may cover intermittent skilled home health when medically necessary.

Is there a minimum shift length or weekly minimum?

Yes. Minimums vary by schedule and location. We will confirm during your assessment.

IncredIcare invested significant effort understanding my wife’s needs and wants to find an individual properly suited to deliver in-home care. As a result, the CarePro selected to help my wife was a great personality match as well as being highly qualified and compassionate.

IncredIcare delivers much more than hours of in-home care by a talented professional. Each IncredIcare Care Pro is supported by a nursing team, an administrative team, and a knowledge delivery team. IncredIcare nurses assess my wife every month and update her medical and cognitive status in her Plan of Care which is documented in the IncredIcare Care Management System. IncredIcare handles changes in their CarePro schedule availability to assure my wife has continuous in-home care. IncredIcare works directly with our long term care insurer to submit invoices and supporting documentation. IncredIcare provides curated reference information of my wife’s condition and access to relate training materials.

Incredicare has consistently provided caregivers and nursing care to my husband who has Parkinson’s disease as well as Lewy Body Dementia. Their caregivers are dependable and well-trained in every aspect of caregiving. My husband required use of a Hoyer lift which the caregiver was trained to use. He explained to my husband every step of his care and showed him great kindness and patience. The office was always available to answer any questions and quick to help with any issues that needed attention.
