For the month of August, IncrediCare is proud to announce Esperanza Chavez as the Employee of the Month.
Changing jobs can be unsettling for some, considering the unknown. It can also be a time where you truly find your passion. For Esperanza Chavez, taking a chance on home care turned out to be her calling. Through her professionalism, attitude, and work ethic, she has been chosen as Employee of the Month for August.
Hailing from Arizona, Esperanza has been a transplant to Virginia since 2020. She said she “fell in love with Virginia because there are four seasons here, and it is so green and beautiful.” Besides enjoying Virginia’s greenery and environment, she also enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and going to the movies. Esperanza says that seeing her clients “happy and laughing” makes her feel “overjoyed with happiness.”
In the short time that Esperanza became a part of the IncrediCare team, she has displayed true teamwork as she covered many fill-in shifts. Even as she has been learning new things on the job, her determination to soak up all the knowledge makes her an essential part of the IncrediCare team. She has consistently received positive feedback from clients about her interaction, kindness, and her initiative to solve problems. Her ability to empathize with her clients and make them feel safe has earned her this award.
Esperanza said she “chose to work for IncrediCare because it is a company that has employees who are always positive and make it a wonderful work environment. The staff have made me feel confident and have helped me grow into the caregiver I am today. I am truly happy to be a part of the IncrediCare family.”
