This Cinco de Mayo, while many celebrated with tacos and tequila, the James Lee Community Center in Falls Church celebrated some of their community members’ hard work in a different way.

Many of the community members are immigrants who have learned English as their second language and are ready to join the workforce. These brave members have put aside their fear and trepidation of starting a new life in a new country and worked with ESL teachers and job coaches to be ready.

IncrediCare was proud to be there to offer caregiver career opportunities for these members. In our experience, both clients and care professionals have benefited from learning about each other’s cultures.
