For the month of July, IncrediCare is proud to announce Janeth Sanders as the Employee of the Month.
Janeth Sanders decided on her career path many years and three countries ago. Janeth grew up in the Philippines where she achieved her nursing degree. She continued to purse her career after moving to Hong Kong for a while. Moving to a new country yet again in 2020, she stuck to her passion for helping the elders in the DMV area.
Janeth chose this field of work because she wanted to further her degree and be able to help the people who needed her skill set. She takes great pride in the care she provides. When her clients are content and happy, it brings an immense amount of joy to Janeth to know that it was her care that was the reason. Outside of work what brings her joy is “traveling to new places, watching sunrise and sunset, laughing with friends, listening to music, and watching movies like romance and dramas.” Janeth gives her family and herself credit for being her motivation to pursue the life she wants.
“I chose IncrediCare because I feel that I have a good future ahead,” says Janeth. She has been in this field for many years. Her goal is to always to be a good caregiver while providing compassionate care and companionship to clients, while supporting them emotionally and physically.
For her loyalty and dedication to this field, her clients, and IncrediCare, Janeth Sanders has been selected as the Employee of the Month for July. Congratulations Janeth!
