Rowland Couch was awarded EOM for February because of his wonderful work ethic and determination to make sure that his clients finish their days better than they started.
He is a prime example of showing what our mission is. He does a wonderful job with the mentor program that he is a part of.
Rowland Grew up in Farmville VA and graduated high school in 2004. He studied to become a CNA and Med tech in 2010. He began working in the healthcare field in 2009 in group homes with people with intellectual disabilities. In 2021 Rowland began working with Incredicare and as he states he “loves working for an amazing company that loves to see their staff grow and that the work provided it top-notch”.
Rowland was awarded a $100 visa Gift Card and also an EOM certificate.
