Besides taking the time to screen, interview, and run the caregivers through a few hours of orientation, we ask caregivers to complete a questionnaire that creates an algorithm. The results are then automatically compared to our clients’ questionnaire answers. What is produced is a list of caregivers and clients who would be the best fit for each other based on caregiver skills and client needs.
Sometimes a client needs a team of caregivers to meet all their needs. Incredicare always aims to care for the whole person, not just for the moment. Pictured below is Henry F., receiving careful attention to detail as he is shaved by Incredicare caregiver Kevin M. Though Henry does not leave the care facility where he resides, he still receives those much-needed days of fresh haircut and a shave right in his room.
Also caring for his day-to-day needs is Jessica H. Besides helping Henry with his hygiene needs, Jessica provides the encouragement it takes for Henry to keep walking. The companionship she also provides helps Henry look forward to her visits.
