While providing quality care is Incredicare’s top priority, we have taken the initiative to become a well-rounded company. Incredicare is now providing all the necessary tools of the trade to train and officially certify our caregivers as Personal Care Aides. Pictured above is a long-time Incredicare employee, Adelaid Boache. She is the first caregiver to complete her 41-hour self-paced, online PCA training and 3 hours of hands-on, practical experience. With over three years of experience with Incredicare, Adelaide now has a certificate which proudly represents her experience. Over the years, many caregivers have joined Incredicare with only some family caregiving experience and a heart full of desire to help. Through hands-on training guided by Incredicare nurses, they have accomplished new tasks which furthered their caregiving knowledge. Now, Incredicare can officially certify those employees as state-recognized caregivers.
