For the month of June, Incredicare is proud to announce Alpha Conteh as the Employee of the Month. Alpha has been a part of the Incredicare team since 2015.
Alpha’s story begins in Sierra Leone, where he was born and raised until he was 16 years old. He moved to Maryland in 2000 and lived there for 7 years. In 2007, he moved to Virginia. Alpha credits his choice in working in the caregiving field to his volunteer work with the Special Olympics. He assisted some schoolmates with disabilities to partake in different Olympic events. This sparked his interest in this field.
Aside from working with his clients, Alpha’s other joy comes from his family and friends. He enjoys spending time and reminiscing with old friends. He is motivated to show up to his clients’ every single day by the desire to “help my clients have a pleasant and positive day or night.” Alpha is always ready with a smile and a genial greeting. He chose Incredicare “because of the office staff and endless opportunities.”
Alpha was awarded with a gift card and a certificate of appreciation.
