Staying active no matter the age is one of the many goals Incredicare Home Care aims for all our clients. One client in particular, Jack W., likes to play ping pong as often as he can. Along with his caregiver Joseph S., Jack rides over to the local community center for many rounds of ping pong a few times a week. Between the activity and the humorous banter, not only is Joseph able to help Jack exercise, but also support his scial and emotional health.
