1. Where did you grow up? How long have you been in VA/DC/MD area?
I am originally from Jacksonville, Florida, but moved to VA in 2013.
2. What made you choose this career field? Did anyone or any particular moment in your life influence you to choose this field?
I’ve always had a passion for helping others. My grandparents definitely had an influence on me choosing this career path.
3. What brings you joy outside of work?
Outside of work, I love to take road trips, visit amusement parks, and spend time at the beach or pool.
4. What motivates you to come to work every day?
Providing a healthy and productive environment in and outside of work is something that motivates me everyday.

I chose Incredicare because of the open communication, making it easy to ask questions, gain knowledge, and excel.
6. How has working as a caregiver influenced your life?
Helping my community and contributing to others’ wellbeing has been a positive influence in my personal encounters.
7. What is a future goal you hope to accomplish, career or personal-related?
A goal that I have in the future is to become a Homeowner!
