Where did you grow up?
I grew up in El Salvador, and I have been living in Virginia for almost 10 years.
What made you choose this career field? Did anyone influence you to choose this field?
What made me choose this career field is being able to help others when they need it.
What brings you joy outside of work?
My joy outside of work is spending time with family, friends and go to church.
What motivates you to come to work every day?
What motivates me to come to work every day is because I know that I am needed to get through their (clients’) days.

What made me choose IncrediCare is that they have great opportunities to grow in this field, and since the beginning, they have been amazing with me
How has working as a caregiver influenced your life?
I am influenced to be more grateful every day and enjoy every minute.
What is a future goal you hope to accomplish?
My future goal is to be better at my job and have more knowledge, and keep growing in this career.
