Deana Adams joined IncrediCare in June 2022 as the LPN overseeing client care and assisting with care professional training. Over the past four years, Deana has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of her senior clients.
Deana has also encouraged the IncrediCare team not simply to do the job, but to do it to the very best of our abilities. Whenever her team needed advice, guidance, or direction, Deana never hesitated to step in and help. Our clients praised her direct yet compassionate approach as she guided them toward better health and well-being, while care professionals consistently spoke highly of her patience, knowledge, and effective training techniques.
Throughout her time with IncrediCare, Deana balanced her commitment to our clients and team while pursuing an accelerated RN program, raising her teenager, and supporting her husband during his deployment with the U.S. Army. Through it all, she remained steadfast in her belief that things should be done by the book—but always with a warm heart.
IncrediCare extends our heartfelt congratulations to Deana on being named Employee of the Month, along with our deepest gratitude for everything she has contributed to our agency. Her dedication, compassion, professionalism, and commitment to quality care have helped us continue building IncrediCare into a place where people can work with confidence and where clients can trust the care they receive.
This month, Deana has relocated out of state due to military orders. While we will certainly miss having her here, we are incredibly grateful for the time, care, and heart she shared with our IncrediCare family.
Thank you, Deana, for being an important part of the IncrediCare story. We wish you and your family all the best in this next chapter!
As we say goodbye to Deana, IncrediCare looks forward to welcoming our newest nurse and extending to her the same warm welcome that Deana received when she first joined our team.
