1. Where did you grow up? How long have you been in VA/DC/MD area?
I grew up in Woodbridge and have lived in the Northern Virginia area my entire childhood, so I know my way around NoVA very well.
2. What made you choose this career field? Did anyone influence you to choose this field?
I chose to become a caregiver because I realized I genuinely enjoy activities and conversations that connect me with older adults. I also understand that many seniors may not always have someone looking after them around the clock. I believe if you can be the person who listens, prioritizes their needs, and cares for them the way you would want someone to care for you, then you should use those gifts to help others.
3. What brings you joy outside of work?
Many things bring me joy, such as just taking a walk, exploring nature, having coffee with a friend, and mainly eating my favorite foods with someone I care about.
4. What motivates you to come to work every day?
What motivates me to come in every day, even on gloomy days, is the dream of one day owning my very own home, decorated in the girliest things and filling up the rooms with nothing but love.

6. How has working as a caregiver influenced your life?
Being a caregiver has shown me firsthand the patience and kindness this work requires. It has helped me see how much people thrive through community, compassion, and genuine human connection.
7. What is a future goal you hope to accomplish?
I really hope that in this one life I get, I live it to the fullest. I hope to go back to school and become a teacher or an artist someday. I look forward to traveling the universe.
