Finding the balance between work and life can be challenging for most. When your heart is as big as the world, it is even more challenging because you are always looking for ways to help the people around you.
That is the story of our Employee of the Month of February, Deana McAdams.
A native of San Bernardino, California, Deana has been a Virginian since 2020, moving here on military orders with her and her family. Growing up, Deana volunteered all throughout high school at a nursing home and was able to graduate High School with her CNA license. Since then, she has continued to work in the medical field.
Embodying the essence of dedication and compassion, Deana stands out as the epitome of motivation. Her unwavering commitment to suit up and show up for our patients, day after day, is nothing short of inspiring. “It is a great feeling to help others feel better emotionally and physically”- Deana McAdams.
During her down time, Deana enjoys being with her family and watching Korean Dramas. She finds that spending time with either activity is not only relaxing but also a good break from a long day of school and work.
Deana was drawn to Incredicare by its mission to offer unwavering support and to deliver top-quality care to our patients. Deana is proud to be part of this journey to be able to help others alongside Incredicare.
Currently serving as the LPN on staff, Deana has helped recognize many situations that helped clients receive immediate medical attention. She also performs quality assurance checks to ensure every IncrediCare CarePro is equipped with specific skills required for each unique situation.
For her commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of IncrediCare clients and the knowledge of IncrediCare CarePros, Deana was chosen as the Employee of the Month.
