Our Employee of the Month of February, Travis Scott, says he “fell into this career field by accident!” He started working for a home health equipment company and then was brought into their sales department.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Travis has been living in the Northern Virginia area for over 50 years. He brings to IncrediCare all the strong relationships he has cultivated over those 50 years of caring for those in need in this field.

Outside of work, Travis finds immense joy in witnessing the growth and laughter of his children and grandchildren. These moments and cherished memories bring an abundance of happiness to his life.
Travis was drawn to work for Incredicare after talking with our owner, Guy. With him working in the skilled nursing field for over 20 years, he wanted to try a different approach in his career.
