That’s exactly how our Employee of the Month, Kennesha, joined the IncrediCare family. With her warm personality and gentle demeanor, Kennesha has built strong connections with her clients and earned their trust. 1) Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Virginia, and I’ve lived here my whole life.
2) What made you choose this career field? Did anyone influence you to choose this field?
I chose this field because I’m known for being a great helper and communicator, and I wanted to use my abilities to help those in need.
3) What brings you joy outside of work?
I love spending time with my family and friends occasionally. In my free time I like to listen to music, watch movies, and explore new places.
4) What motivates you to come to work every day?
I’m motivated to come to work every day because I love seeing the clients! Spending quality time with them, learning about them, and overall knowing that I am making their day-to-day routines better and easier.
5) What made you choose IncrediCare?
I chose Incredicare because I was introduced to the company through a fellow colleague, and overtime I really enjoyed working here along with the staff who I truly appreciate.
6) How has working as a caregiver influenced your life?
Working as a caregiver gave me a sense of responsibility for the most part. I’m grateful that I am getting to learn from a perspective I’ve never had before, and it has shaped me into the person I am today.
7) What is a future goal you hope to accomplish?
A future goal that I hope to accomplish is to finish college and get my degree in Business Administration. Right now, I am balancing school and work, so I hope to get there one day!
